Ingredients
Hibiscus, rose petals, chamomile flowers, lemon balm, spearmint, and rosehips.
 
How to Prepare
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose tea to 250 mL, or 8 oz, of freshly boiled water.
Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm, or allow it to cool and serve over ice.
For a stronger iced tea, use 2 teaspoons per cup and chill after steeping.
