HOW TO PREPARE
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose tea to a tea infuser.
Heat 8 oz, approximately 240 mL, of water until just below boiling, approximately 85°C or 185°F. Pour the water over the tea, cover and steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove the infuser and enjoy warm. For a stronger flavour, use additional tea rather than extending the steeping time.
To prepare it iced, brew the tea slightly stronger, allow it to cool and pour it over ice. Add a slice of lemon or a touch of honey if desired.
 
WHEN TO ENJOY
Enjoy in the morning or early afternoon when you want a refreshing alternative to coffee. Because this blend contains naturally occurring caffeine, avoid drinking it close to bedtime if you are sensitive to stimulants.
