Dandelion root, nettle leaf, hibiscus petals, green tea, and marshmallow root.
 
Contains naturally occurring caffeine from green tea.
 
How to Prepare
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose tea to 250 mL, or 8 oz, of hot water heated to approximately 85°C or 185°F.
Cover and steep for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm.
For iced tea, allow the finished infusion to cool before pouring it over ice. Refrigerate prepared tea promptly and enjoy it within 24 hours.
