For adults, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose tea to 250 mL, or 8 oz, of boiling water.
Cover tightly and steep for 15 to 20 minutes. Because this blend contains dense roots and seeds, it may also be gently simmered over low heat for a fuller-bodied infusion.
