How to Prepare
For adults, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose tea to 250 mL, or 8 oz, of boiling water.
Cover tightly and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm.
If serving chilled, allow the prepared tea to cool before pouring it over ice. Refrigerate promptly and enjoy within 24 hours.
