Qualities: Yarrow has a pleasant, spicy fragrance. It is a mild herb that can be used by adults and children alike. It is said to relieve fevers, cold and flu symptoms, treat inflammation, and promote relaxation during illness. Topically is can be used to treat itchy or irritated skin.
Common Use: Yarrow can be taken as a tea or juice, added to soothing bath, or as a compress.
